Ingredients:1 lb. Hamburger or Ground Turkey1 C. Minced Onion1 Egg1/4 C. Milk1/4 C. Bread Crumbs1 tsp. Salt1/4 tsp. Pepper2 tbsp. Oil2 (8 oz.) Cans Tomato Sauce1/2 C. Brown Sugar2 Tbsp. Vinegar1 tsp. Seasoned SaltDirections:1. Combine the first seven ingredients and shape into 12 meatballs.
2. Brown in oil in skillet & remove excess fat.
3. Combine tomato sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, and seasoned salt. Pour over meatballs.
4. Simmer over low heat 10-15 minutes, turning frequently until meatballs are well glazed. Serve over rice or noodles.
