Becky's Chicken Enchiladas

2-3 Chicken Breasts
1 Can El Pato Tomato Sauce
Combine in crock pot and cook. Shred and take meat out of the sauce. Place in mixing bowl and add as much as desired of the following. Then Fill torillas and top with cheese. Bake at 350ยบ until cheese melts.
Add:
Sour Cream or Media Crema (comes in a can on the mexican aisle)
Corn
Olives
Kidney Beans
Black Beans

Sauted:

Onions
Garlic
Mushrooms
