2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. shortening (buttered is best!)
1/2 c. plus 1 T. lukewarm water
Combine ingredients and then divide into 6 equal portions. Cover and let rise 45 minutes. Roll into tortillas and then cook over medium in a skillet until it bubbles and then flip.
