Coconut Cream Cheese Pie

1 C. Quick Oats
1/2 C. Butter
1/2C. Brown Sugar
1/2 C. Chopped Walnuts
3 Small pkgs. Instant Vanilla Pudding
3 C. Milk
8 oz. Cream Cheese
1/4 tsp. Coconut Extract
1 C. Coconut
1 Container Cool Whip

Mix oats, butter, brown sugar, and nuts. Press into 9X13 pan. Bake @ 350º for about 15 min. Combine remaining ingredients, except whipped topping, and let set up. Top with whipped topping. Chill and Enjoy!
