Corn Bread

3/4 C Flour
3/4 C Corn Meal
1/2 C Sugar
1 T. Baking Powder
1/2 t. Salt
1 C Corn (canned or frozen)
2 Eggs
1/2 C Milk
1/2 C Melted Butter (or unsweetened applesauce)

Mix together dry ingredients then add wet ingredients, mix well. Grease muffin tin or 9x13 pan. Bake 400ยบ 15-20 minutes. Great with Stew

The stew really is good. I know it sounds weird with all the canned soup in it, but it has the perfect stew taste. I hope that everyone posts something. I'm excited to cook from these recipes.
